When I uploaded my family tree to GenoPro, I only get a white screen with three icons in the upper left corner, the HOME, INDIVIDUAL TOC, FAMILY TOC. If I click on any of them, I get jumbled up letters but nothing that resembles my family tree. http://familytrees.genopro.com/BassetLove/Montgomery/default.htm What have I done wrong?

Do not know why.
If the report works on your own PC try the upload again.
If that does not work then it is possible to use GenoPro FTP program to load directly but thiss should not be necessary

I am quite sure I have seen this issue before, albeit some time back. It due to a problem with one of the Configuration Parameters, AutoHideTOCjs, that is set incorrectly resulting in invalid HTML. I am also sure it has been fixed.
It looks like you are using the original Narrative Report template/skin built-in to GenoPro 2.5.4.1 . There have many bugs fixed and many enhancements made since then. Download the latest Narrative Report skin from http://support.genopro.com/Topic28332.aspx following CAREFULLY and EXACTLY all the instructions in the 'How To' link given in that post. Then regenerate your report ensuring you use this latest skin.
