a recurring message has prevented any updating of the online data for our family tree:
Connecting to GenoPro.com to determine if a newer version of GenoPro is available for download... The connection with the server was reset https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmxPerhaps, this is an issue with requiring a new key that is compatible with GenoPro 2016? if not, I would need to know what setting to change to remedy this error. thank you. The registration key has nothing to do with the connection. In fact you may query any API and/or generate any report without a registration key.

Dear WebMaster, Thank you for your quick response. I have reverted back to the 2011 GenoPro app, realizing that the error we are getting trying to generate a new report had nothing to do with the 2016 Beta Version of GenoPro. So, I am back to square one, trying to find out what the issue is this server reset error. I am attaching two jpg files that show my configuration (with the passwords hidden) as this is a forum. Thank you in advance for your help. Lionel

Can you try a "Check for Update" from the Help menu? Maybe your firewall is blocking connections with aip.GenoPro.com
