I have received an emailed offer to upgrade to GenoPro 2016 with a quoted price of 15$. However, when I complete the relevant form with my key for GenoPro 2011 (confirmed in the email) the price quoted is 49$. Why is this?

The discount is available only with a valid key for GenoPro 2011.  You purchased GenoPro Gold 14 years ago, and your key is not recognized by the routine calculating the discount.  This is a bug on my part, and unfortunately I have no idea how to fix it.  This bug happens only for very very old Golden Keys, those purchased before 2003.

As a solution, I added to your profile a new key of GenoPro 2011: 8V3-???-???-???-3757

Please check your mail for your new key (starting with 8V3) and try it.  I am pretty sure it will work.  I tried it on my machine and the $15 price is there.

I'm in the same situation, I was emailed an offer to upgrade to genoPro 2016 for $15 but when I attempt to upgrade the quote is $49. I also have a key that is years old. I'm sure that you can see the key by checking my profile.

Michael,
Your situation is slightly different.  According to our records, you purchased GenoPro Gold around year 2002, and the script calculating the discount is unable to recognize your key.  I added a new key to your account (starting with 93C-8XN-DPL).  Can you please try this key?  It should work.
