We would like to get the academic version for The PRACTICE: a UNLV community mental health clinic. The PRACTICE is a training facility staffed by graduate students that are supervised by UNLV professors that are licensed in their respective fields. Many of the student clinicians use genograms and have requested we add this program to our agency computers. What can I submit instead of a syllabus, so that I can get the free trial and access for the student clinicians? Please let me know.

I submitted the text as the syllabus on April 8, 2016. I have not had a response and am wondering how long it usually takes to receive notification.
