My name is Rogelio Douton and I have a GenoPro license 3-Cs...33662I`m triying to publish my genealogy report online following your web instructions but I cannot.
The repot is generated but when the online page should be showed, the system ask me for the password. I fill it out but it seems to be wrong.
I created a new account with a password, but it does not work. I use 5....W pass and de mail is b****@rogebcn.es, and the login is *******.
Could you provide me a solution, please.Wwhat is the adress were the online publishing page is allocated and what is my password?

If you see this page:
Then you have previously set a password on a report in the same folder. To clear this go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx and scroll down to Online Publications and click View/Hide . You will see a list of your generated reports. Click Edit against a report to set, change or remove password. Hover over a report title to see the URL in the browser status bar or click it to see the report.
