Hi

I have followed the directions of copying and pasting to a word document but it still shows up blank. Nothing comes over. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and if I try to do it as metafile it wont import. What am I doing wrong?

I have just tested this and it only seems to work well when you select the entire genomap.  If you want to copy a subset then do the following.

Select the objects on the genomap to be copied, copy them to the clipboard (Ctrl & C) then paste them to an empty genomap then click Tools - Balance Tree at Origin.  Then select (Ctrl & A) and copy this subset (Ctrl & C) this subset and paste into Word (Ctrl & V)

Finally in GenoPro  Undo (Ctrl & Z) a few times to remove the temporary genomap.

Can you please try by downloading the file and running it?
https://genopro.com/download/InstallGenoPro.2021.exe

You might get a warning from your anti-virus because the .exe is not digitally signed. The developer certificate of GenoPro expired in July, so I need to buy another one. Rest assured there is no virus. The machine building files GenoPro.exe and InstallGenoPro.2021.exe never had a virus since GenoPro went online in 1998.

I just discovered that the version of GenoPro installed via the link in this thread, i.e. 3.1.0.2 or GenoPro 2021, has a bug that prevents it connecting to the internet, trying to publish a report or check GenoPro version gives the error
