Hello Everyone I am trying to publish to familytrees.genopro.com, using EN narritave report (2020.03.13) and I am getting this error message Error in Config.xml at line 62: Unable to open template file 'Code\init.htm' from skinCan anyone help please. I have just tried publishing using the older version of the EN narrative report and this worked fine? |

Best guess is report templates have not been installed correctly as the linkage to the Common\Code folder has not been established. Follow the instructions in http://support.genopro.com/Topic40608.aspx precisely. Best to install in a new skins folder, or at least delete the previous one before installing.
