Two of my family members passed away and I entered the deceased information, which updates on the website. However, try as i might, changing an address of one family member has not updated. What's the fix? |

If you have updated your GenoPro data and republished the report and you are not seeing the changes then it mostly likely that your browser is displaying cached pages rather than the updated page. Clear your browser cache and try again.
