contact address won't update

Two of my family members passed away and I entered the deceased information, which updates on the website.  However, try as i might, changing an address of one family member has not updated. What's the fix?

If you have updated your GenoPro data and republished the report and you are not seeing the changes then it mostly likely that your browser is displaying cached pages rather than the updated page. Clear your browser cache and try again.

BTW it see that you are not using the latest Narrative Report skin templates.  e.g. Google Maps are not displayed. The latest skin templates use Open Street Maps instead of Google Maps. See Updates to Report Skin Templates since GenoPro 2020 version 3.1.0.1 to download and install my latest skin templates.
