Hope that Beta 16 will solve following problem, which exists at the moment. Prefixes for dates like in English or German do not exist in Japanese. It will be a suffix like (date)karaから=from (date)madeまで=to, or (date)niに=on or (date)inに=in. If only the year is known we say in German "im Jahre 1990" .These suffixes are not accepted at the moment and show up as strange charcaters in the report.

The code for dates is not Unicode, so it is very likely you get strange characters in a foreign language. As for formatting of dates, I will do what is necessary to make sure the dates can be displayed in all languages.
