We have hundred of registrations sent everyday to GenoPro.com.  Nearly every request for a registration key is delivered instantly.

What kind of issues are you having?

There is always a small chance that your request was posted while we are upgrading a module or something like that... in this case just resend your request.

From the log there is no registration made with the email you register to this forum.

I am not sure if the "issue" is a technical or a privacy concern.  Are you worried about the registration being sent to GenoPro.com or are you having difficulties receiving your free evaluation key?

If you go to the menu at the top of the forum page there is a link labelled 'Get started With your Genealogy Tree' This is:-
http://www.genopro.com/introduction/

Basically if you have a blank screen open, you either use the icons in the top menu to select a new Male or Female and drag the symbol on to the disply; or right click on the screen and choose the new icon from the menu that appears. Having created an individual, either press Enter to get to the properties menu, or again a right click on the individual and choose Properties, which is the last item on the new menu.
