Try with

http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/main.html

It's free...

If you have loaded your tree to familytree on the GenoPro site then you should be OK with the Adobe plug-in.
If you are using your own web site there can be problems if you use a browser apart from Internet Explorer.
If you have problems with Firefox, then look in the messages in conversation SVG and Firefox.

I am a newbie too. I've been having trouble viewing the SVG images too.  I downloaded the viewer from Adobe and supposedly installed it. Still the image isn't there.

I'm not sure what else to try.

Thanks in advance

In Explorer open the Program Files directory and search for NPSVG. You are looking for NPSVG3.DLL. It may only be under Adobe

Copy this file into the plugins directory of your browser. If the search has found it there already you have a different problem
