When I start my report, clicking default.htm, I am presented with a "Name Index" in the left pane and an "Alphabetical Surname Index" in the right pane. When I click on the blue folder icon, another "Name Index" (the expandable one) comes up in the left pane.
Question: Unless I miss something, why the need of 3 name indexes?
