The Jewish users should be given the possibility of changing the "Date/Place of Baptism" to the words "Date/Place of Brith-Milah" !

Are you talking about the report generator or the graphical user interface?  The GUI will be eventually localized (translated) and we will make sure we use the proper words according to the culture.

For now on, I'm talking about the field name under inside elementary software's graphics.

For later on, this should also be taken into consideration under the Report Generator.
