Just played a bit with this phrase and realized when a child lives a few months and a few days, the phrase gives this information twice. It is ok if the child lives only a few days.

A ? is missing at {!2}.

<!-- 0=he|she, 1=years old at death, 2=months old at death, 3=days old at death, 4=date of death, 5=place of death, 6=cause of death, 7=description of cause of death -->
<PhDied T="{ }{\U}{!0} died[ {6}[[{?6},][{?!6} due to] {7}[{?6},]]][ at the age of {1}][{?!1}[ at {2} months old][{!2} at just {3} days old]]{4}{5h}." />

Thanks for jogging my memory on this one, and for the solution which I'll include in the next update. I spotted it a while back but then promptly forgot to investigate it further. Must be old age creeping up on me!
