Did you mean to remove the picture descriptions and re-insert the file name instead?

I can see now that you have done this purposely, and accept the result. There is however a bug in that the picture in the lower frame is restricted in vertical size by the number of lines in the script beside it.

Is there an error with the picture upload also as i seem unable to set it properly (Could be lack of experience here)

I have noted that the error only occurs on pictures with 'source references'.

N.B.  I know it is the wrong section for suggestions but while I'm here, On the picture reference page could we please include the date of the photo/pic?

I have not had a response, so have uploaded a small sample called TEST

Please note that I am hesitant to use examples as the last time I did , I now find that personal detailos are on the search engines which is most unacceptable.

But there is a fault in your software.

Please go to http://familytrees.genopro.com/poolzone/TEST/default.htm and locate RICHARD DAVIES

The THIRD PICTURE is named 196666, Click on the picture name.

It says that this picture is sourced from SCRAPBOOK62

Please look at this page....as you get more or less detail from the accompanied script...the picture becomes longer and or shorter.

This is a bug that should be fixed before V2 is released, and currently resides on V2b18c

I have accessed your picture, but I always get it at full length regardless of the expansion of the scripts - see below. OddCrazy

I achieve the same results as Howard53.  However, I noticed that the Death Notes in the upper frame drop below the picture when expanded...

...yet this doesn't occur when General Notes is expanded?  Seems this might be an issue as well.

Can you elaborate more on what is the issue?  I checked all the pictures of report http://familytrees.genopro.com/poolzone/TEST/ and they appear fine.

I have managed to reproduce your original bug using your test pages by clicking on the 'Scrapbook62' link. It is yet another reoccurrence of the IE 'guillotine' bug that we've seen before. I will fix the code for source.htm pages. This will be available shortly.

I was referring to something other than the appearance of the photos that I noticed while looking at the pages above. If you look at the expanded Death Notes in my first image above, notice that the text "Davies Richard 85 02/07/1927 etc..." appears to drop below the photo so there is a large amount of space between Death Notes and the notes text. This doesn't occur with General Notes in my next image. Those notes appear to the left of the photo. In other words, the Death Notes text doesn't appear to wrap like the General Notes. I'm wondering why this is happening.

This is more of a cosmetic issue than a bug. Perhaps I should have started a new topic... But I thought it ok to mention within this post since it occured on these pages.

The words in 'Death Notes' appear to be separated by HTML non-breaking spaces (   ). Hence there is nowhere to break the line, hence it drops down after the floating picture (Firefox doesn't handle this so well and overflows the line over the picture). I believe when GenoPro 'HTML encodes' a string with multiple spaces it converts all but the last to non-breaking spaces but I don't know how you have managed to convert all spaces to non-breaking ones.
