Author Can not seem to be able to get registration key recognized

As far as I can remember I purchased GenoPro Gold. I type in the registration key, but the program tells me I can not save the new file as I have more than 25 members in the tree,

I am certain I am doing something wrong. I just do not know what it can be. Can someone help me?

Why not request GenoPro to resend the key to make sure you have it correctly:
