I backed up my file on your data base and it has lost everything that I have been working on for 3 days. It is no longer on my computer and I cannot seem to find it or be able to gain access to it. I have cried enough for tonight I am going to bed. Can anyone help me out here please.
Just visit http://support.genopro.com/MyBackups/ and you will see a list of all your backups. Click on the most recent backup which will give you the option to download the .gno file. Save this .gno file on your disk and you are ready to continue...
