Our mutual customers are often confused that GenoPro's "Export to GEDCOM format" is actually "Export to GenoPro Custom Format".
It would be considerably clearer if the menu items were "Export to GEDCOM (Standard)" and "Export to GEDCOM (GenoPro)".
(Using the "Report Generator" is not the obvious route to creating a standard export and sounds daunting.)
Also, GenoPro (via Report Generator) does not export DATE subtags to OCCU tags and generates unwarranted error messages instead.

I agree more clarification is required as confusion still exists. The built-in GenoPro format is highly non-standard and not useful when attempting to transfer information between genealogy packages. I would suggest replacing your words 'Export to GEDCOM (GenoPro)' with 'Export to GenoPro custom GEDCOM format (internal use only)'
The error messages are not 'unwarranted'. There is no guarantee that data in an Individuals 'occupation' custom tags actually qualify the job title in the Occupation record. This is because unfortunately the GenoPro Gedcom import routine does not cater for multiple OCCU tags for an individual only transfers the job title from the last OCCU tag into its 'Occupation' record. All other OCCU subtags are simply copied into GenoPro 'custom tags' under the Individual record. But there is also a bug such that if the Gedcom data contains multiple occupations for an individual the last occuring subtag of each type is copied, not just the subtags from the last OCCU tag. And so if the OCCU have differing tag types the resulting data is actually invalid. For example if the penultimate OCCU tag has an AGE subtag but the last one does not, the Individual record will have an 'occupation.AGE custom tag that should not be there. Please note, although it is quite confusing, the distinction between 'occupation' custom tags held in the Individual record and data held the the Occupation records.
I therefore took the approach of not propagating potentially inaccurate data. The warning messages are to prompt the user to examine the occupation data and transfer any correct data from the custom tags to its proper place in the Occupation record.
Note that the Report Generator 'Export to Gedcom' does export dates held in the Occupation record.
I remain hopeful that a properly functioning Gedcom import will soon be seen as a high priority requirement for GenoPro, avoiding this potential loss and corruption of data. GenoPro should handle multiple event tags and transfer all the relevant data to the proper place and not cutom tags.
