Could you please add a column in the Page Setup matrix where one could specify the paper size (A4, A3, .. , A0)?

Now you have to toggle between Print Setup and Page Setup to see the effect on the number of pages used.

It's a technical issue. In the ideal case, the print dialogs (Page Setup, Print Setup) would be consolidated.   The problem is the Print Setup is a built-in dialog provided by Windows and it is difficult to change it.
