    Can you please check whether that individuals name (last name) has a space at the end. If so please remove.

    By default GenoPro should take care of removing spaces at the beginning and end of the names.

    Does the removal of blanks take place at data entry? If so records created before this feature was introduced could still have the problem. It might also apply to imported gedcom
