Just tell me which email you used to purchase GenoPro and I will search our database.

I clicked on the link you gave which downloaded your tree into my copy of GenoPro. It had 52 Individuals on it.
Having got Genopro re-installed, do the same and save the file with your original file name instead of FamilyTree.gno

Rozelle
It is not clear from your message if you have lost the program or the file you have created. Best suggestion is to use the search facility on the computer (either from the 'start' menu or Explorer) and search for *.gno. This will find any files you have created.

Click on the latest version and it should load itself into GenoPro

However if you can not find GenoPro then download the latest version. If you have forgotten your registration key, it is on this forum.

Do you have virus scanner etc? I use the free one from AVG
