Uploading a report is slow, the skipping of existing files does not...

Author when I was uploading an updated report to the Genopro server, it was very fast because the program skipped the "unchanged" files. This no longer works.

The program during report updating shows that new pages and pictures are uploading but thereare no updated pages and pictures at the report after opening of the updated report...

According to our logs, your publication took 37 seconds and uploaded only 7 files for a report of 2381 HTML pages with 868 pictures.  I think the caching worked well.

Maybe it is so but when I turn on the updation (to skip all the existing files) during updating it can be seen that new pages are uploading and some new pictures are uploading (exactly what I just added to the Tree) but then after i enter the page which had to be updated there is no change... So I turn off the skipping of existing files and after that it works fast enough but not so fast as it does when skips... it can be seen.

So I think that there is something wrong with mechanism of skipping.

For info: The Mantreat's problem looks to be similar to my posting http://support.genopro.com/FindPost21764.aspx
It seems that the GenoProCache.xml files are not properly rebuilt taking into account the latest uploaded files, via the std normal Rep Gene Publishing or through FTP?
I would think it's rather a Cache problem and not an Upload one.
