Author Need to add most used information in the General tab and set defaults

I've just started an update to my family tree and this is my wish list to make the most used information easier to input. As this is primarily a genealogy programme I think that email address and telephone numbers could be moved to a contacts tab

On the General Tab.
Add Christened date - it is important to distinguish between christened and birth dates
Add Dead deceased tick box
Add Place of Birth
Add Source field - use for main source only, 90% of mine are from the IGI

Also if there is going to be a major update that would be charged for, will there be an upgrade cost for current registered users?

I have found this programme really useful for tracing relatives by using the vertical grid as a 10 year period and arranging the geographical location from left to right.
