If I create a separate directory for individuals (e.g. OutputFile="Individuals/{name.last}.htm") then css style, images and children links are missing (in this case the path looks "Individuals/Individuals/{name.last}.htm" what is wrong).

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Version: 2.0.1.6.

You are not doing anything "wrong", however the report generator was designed to have the CSS file in the same directory as the HTML files.  If you want them separate, then you have to edit the HTML template to point to the correct CSS.

In most case, you would replace

<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" type="text/css"/>

with

<link rel="stylesheet" href="../style.css" type="text/css"/>

however it appear the link to the CSS file is not found in the template Individual.htm.  Ron designed the report templates, maybe he help better than me.

however it appear the link to the CSS file is not found in the template Individual.htm.

It is there following any Timeline JSON data at around line 91

 Report.WriteLn "<link rel=""stylesheet"" href=""style.css"" type=""text/css""/>"

However all links internal to the report are relative, so changing the folder level will effect all links. I suggest you try adding an HTML <base href="URL" /> tag to the individual.htm template to compensate for this, where URL is the URL of your report output folder.
