Marriage Date; text can be entered in the Box 'Display Text' when you edit the family line. An alternative approach is to use the Report Skin XML Toolkit and open the Family Label tab
To add adopted children, create the icon and link to the Family Line (Right click the icon and Link as Child)
Then click the new line and select Adopted
If you click the Family Line you can change Relationship to show they are not married
A Genogram shows family facts and does not show exactly what you want. You could select the link from the father, click and change it to Adopted. This gives a different colour line and you can add text to the comments so that the tooltip gives the situation.
You can also use the Social Entity to set out the situation
