i am using a PC and when I go to the purchase page to buy the software, it indicates that I'm using a Mac... and won't let me purchase. Anyone able to help

To purchase GenoPro, we require you use a browser running on your PC/Windows.  We disabled the option for users to purchase GenoPro with a Mac because we were having too many people purchasing GenoPro without trying it, and then asking a refund because they were unable to run GenoPro on their Mac.

The other solution is to download and install http://www.genopro.com/monica/ and you will see an option to purchase GenoPro directly from the registration dialog.
