A few months ago I switched from a PC to Mac. While I have my GenoPro files on my Mac I cannot open or work on them.

Question: Can I send these GenoPro data files to my wife (Windows XP Pro) so I can work on them in her office? She does, of course have a different email address which would have to be registered with GenoPro.

The easiest way is to download and install http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe .  The registration wizard has an option to enter your email and recover your registration key.

To open GenoPro files, simply copy all your .gno files onto a USB/Flash drive.  Once GenoPro is installed, opening a GenoPro file is as simple as a double-click.

It is possible to use GenoPro under Wine. I have this on my Linux netbook and there have been users who have reported this using a Mac. The only restriction seems to be that the Report Generator does not work. However you could send files to a PC if you need this option.
