Is it possible to merge a Family Tree file tp Genopro software?

If you mean can you import data from another program then the answer is to export from the first program as a gedcom file (.ged) and then import into GenoPro.
If you have data already in GenoPro you can still import the gedcom and use the links to join it to the existing data. You can not merge data and would have to use Table layout to look for duplicates
