Dear Support!

My problem is the following. I'm triyng to move all my software including Genopro to a new computer. I'm copying the file to my new computer and open it here but all my photos are lost. They are linked to the files on my old computer.

I it possible to move everything all together?

Thank you in advance.

On a new computer you need GenoPro, which you have obviously installed. The file.gno which contains the basic data and needs to be copied and transferred. The images are stored separately and also need to be copied. If you put them in the same place ie directory on the new PC the program might find them automatically. Otherwise use the Tools menu where there is an option to Relink pictures

Thank you for your assistance. So it seems the most convenient way is just to keep the file structure for the images as it is.

With best regards,

Dmitry
