Hi,

I have seen these "Ctrl+x" commands quoted in forum messages (such as "...press Ctrl+E to get to the next menu..."), but could not find a list of all these commands. Where should I look?

In the Language menu, you may select Translate Menus.  Each menu accelerator is displayed.  If you click on the column Keyboard Accelerator, you will see all of them:
