When I create a Descendants report using LibreOffice although numerous cross-reference numbers appear in the report to individuals and places such as the superscript numbers in the example below:

The eleven childrenof this family are:-

1. Nancy Sutcliffe 3.1born 1839 in Colne.

2. Thomas Sutcliffe 3.2born ~1842 in Colne.

3. Mary Ann Sutcliffe 3.3born ~1846 in Colne.

4. Hartley Sutcliffe 3.4born ~1848 in Colne.

5. Christopher Sutcliffe 3.5born ~1849 in Colne.

6. William Sutcliffe 3.6born ~1852 in Colne.

7. Jane Sutcliffe 3.7born ~1854 in Colne.

They are not created as clickable links to the person or location referred to.

Is this by intent or should such items be proper cross-references in the report.

The Descendants Report was intended for printed hard copy and not intentionally as an online document and so there was no need to make the cross-references 'active'.

Clearly I'm so used to reading on screen that I forget about paper documents :-)
