Not sure what you are asking about.
Is it how to add relatives? In which case the opening screen of a new file suggests using the keypad. Select an individual and use P sor parents; S for son; D daughter; M for mate. Click an individual to open the propertied page.
If it is how do you find relatives? -- then it depends on where you live and what information is easily available - after you have spoken to relatives.
