I'm having trouble w/ hyperlinking. I created a hyperlink for Ella Dago. I then chose "Basch" from the list of Genomaps that popped up. When that Genomap appeared, I clicked on it near to her husband. I then right-clicked on her and chose "link as mate", and dragged the line to her husband. (The line then went from blue to red.) However, when I let go of the click button, the line disappeared and she remained unconnected. What am I doing wrong?

When you right click for Link As Mate the line does not change colour (for me).  When you get near to the person for the link you see red squares. I think the bit you are missing is that you need to click on this person, not let go.
