I have done some testing on this and the only way I can reproduce the error is to create a GenoPro 'Document' custom tag named StyleSheet and give it a value.

Note that deleting a custom tag within GenoPro's Tag Editor does not actually destroy the instance of a tag, it merely removes it from the Dialog Layout in which it was included.  The Table Layout view can be used to remove instances of custom tags but since there is no Table Layout that includes 'Document' custom tags then they cannot be easily removed.  (I raised a bug about this many many moons ago)

One way to remove these tags is to export the .gno to xml format, then use a text editor to edit the xml version to remove the tag and its contents. <StyleSheet>.....</StyleSheet>   Then load the xml into GenoPro and resave as .gno.

Could you please check if indeed you do have a 'hidden' StyleSheet custom tag in your document by exporting to xml and examining the resulting file.

I will add code to the next version to ignore invalid StyleSheet tags.  I hindsight it would have been better to use a new tag e.g. <Theme> rather than re-using <StyleSheet>

Thank you Genome, that's done the trick. I can now do a report.
The issue with the IE form is not a big problem. I just need to setup the generator to do what I want and leave it like that. The best method now is to use the registry since the report is computer specific (for me). One computer is a 64bit Win 7 and the other is 32bit win7. Therefore, the location of Irfanview and Inkscape are in different folders ('Program File (x86)' and 'Program Files'). Also if the skin changes, the registry will hold the my changes to the defaults.
Thanks a lot.
