I am using GenoPro with a trial registration number.

When I try to convert GEDCOM to HTML with the English Narrative Report the system goes through the motions and creates all the files but there is no data in them.

If I do this with the Birthday Listing skin the report generates and displays data.

Are there restrictions on the trial registration or am I just missing something obvious?

I have now established that the installation has not created the skins sub directory, is this correct?

I have installed a previous version that i tried about three years ago and that works fine.

I have uninstalled all versions and downloaded the latest version and it still does not crate the report and the directory is still not there.

Any help really would be appreciated.
