I have Genogram that i'm trying to print, set page to 11 x 17 lanscape, not single sided. Horizontal is 2 and vertical is 1 page.

The print layout looks good on the screen, but doesn't even come close when printing to physical printer or PDF?

I tried changing a bunch of page layout and paper dimensions. Seem to only work better with 8.5 x 11.

Any Ideas?

To change the paper size and orientation, you need to go in the Print Setup dialog

Did you tried the Print Preview? Should be exactly as it will be print (physical or pdf)
