How to backup all my data from an old GenoPro 2011(?) report ?

Hi everybody,
After several crashes, all my datas vanished

Remains to me one ancient report available on the net.
I want to know what is possible to do from this report ??
Can I generate a gedcom file, is there any backup of my ancient files on the GenoPro servers and so on...
Which data recovery is possible from this report, and how to do it...

Thx a lot for your answers, the subject is very important for me.

What kind of crashes are you getting?  By the way, GenoPro always saves your family tree into a temporary file, so if there is a crash while saving, only the temporary file is affected.  If there is a crash while renaming the temporary file to the original .gno file, then the temporary file is still there.  I have a difficult time to see how you could loose all you data.  Also, it is always recommended to do backups of your files, just in case of a hardware failure, virus or computer stolen.  GenoPro offers free online backups of their family trees.

If you did not surpress it via Privacy options when you generated the old report then the report directory should have a version the .gno file and a GenoPro format .ged file. Both can be used to load the data back into GenoPro.  The home page of the report should normally have links to these files.  Alternatively use GenoPro's FTP client to browse the report directory.
