using latest version on windows
table layout - individuals
when looking at table : eg father's name is indicated, but is also a link to the individual (father)
when exporting this table, you get the name of father
is there a possibility to translate this father's name also to the link - so when loading in database we can easily find father without using the name (duplicates may exist in name)
or the indxxxxx of the father/mother  would be nice to have

thanks for all update/help
best regards, Guy

Rather than using Table Layout I suggest you try from the GenoPro Menu Bar File / Export / Export to Text Format.  This produces a tab separated text file rather than csv but most spreadsheet programs will import it.  all links are shown as IDs rather than names.

You can choose which objects to export under the Summary tab and the columns you need under Individuals tab

but using this export utility which is ok for the id of individuals : ind00001
but you also get place0001
is there somewhere a possibility to get the id and name of a place so these can be translated

So 7 years later! Tongue

You can export places separately with selected fields including ID and this can be used in a spreadsheet as a lookup table (e.g. see VLOOKUP in Excel) to provide place name etc.

yes, I know
but the project was on hold - because I had to learn PHP, javascript, jquery

and I did not noticed that the places are not visible - I usually display name-birthdate-parents but now with new knowledge, i added some fields and noticed this
thanks for all answers
best regards, Guy
