I suggest you first export the GenoMap as a vector based image, i.e. use GenoPro's File / Export / Export Metafile to create a .emf image file. Then open this file with an image editor such as IrfanView and resize the image to the required size (e.g. with IrfanView use Image / Resize / Resample .. menu option) and then save as .png.

Install a pdf printer and then create the pdf from that. There are several free versions such as Cutepdf or Foxit. Download and install one of these and when you print there will be an extra print option so that you can save a pdf file

I suggest you first export the GenoMap as a vector based image, i.e. use GenoPro's File / Export / Export Metafile to create a .emf image file. The problem with this approach is that there is no control on the raster images for " picture mode", so if you plan to print really big, the quality will be low.

Nobody knows how to save an EMF or PDF of the phototree with the pictures at their original resolution ?Export to EMF blurries them, making them not suitable for physical printing

If you're using Primo PDF to generate the PDF file, go to Properties ... then Advanced ... then increase the Print Quality to 600 dpi. Makes the tree much crisper. I would assume it does the same for pics posted on the genomaps.

This is how I created a AO poster of my family tree. I used Serif’sAffinity Publisher 2 and created a custom page size 1189mm x 841mmportrait at 300dpi. I set the margins small 3-5mm. Opened my tree inGenopro and proceeded to make all the lines Extra Extra Large orJumbo. All the individuals name/dob were set to ExEx Large. I thenspent some time arranging the tree to conform to my AO page size(roughly), Next select all andExport as a Meta File. Copy and paste onto Affinity’s page. If youthen zoom to 100% you’ll see there is very little blurring. Add asimple background if necessary. I used antique paper for effect. Thenext task was to add all the individual images ensuring there was noblurring at 100%. Add text as necessary. Save to a pen Driveand visit your local print shop. Walla all done!!! I did this someyears back and now have a 2025 version ready to go with not a fewextra grand children. Phew!
