The latest (2021.03.20) ZIP file contains two unexpected files in the top folder. I'm not sure the "{EN} Export for Neo4j.zip" file should be included, but I'm pretty sure the "nieuwe-skin-nl-be.pdf" does not belong there. The "nieuwe-skin-nl-be.pdf" contains the guidelines for the installation of a skin update in Dutch, but I understand the confusion.  I will provide an extra "{NL-BE} Richtlijnen" (richtlijnen = guidelines) folder in the next version of the NL-BE Kit.
