Forum Newbie Gamma Customers GenoPro version: 3.1.0.1 Last Login: Monday, August 30, 2021 Posts: 7, Visits: 23	Hello, I am starting my GenoPro journey. I have installed a 16 day licence key. Does this licence allow me to import a gedcom file. I have tried this and have had no errors. The text window shows: Opening file 'C:\Roots Magic 8 Beta\Gedcom\test.ged'... Reading file 'C:\Roots Magic 8 Beta\Gedcom\test.ged'... Detected Gedcom document with Charset='UTF-8' (Code Page=65001) Importing using Code Page 65001 known as 'Unicode (UTF-8)' Validating data... [Import Summary] 2 Places Import complete with 0 errors! I cannot see any of my tree. I understand I should not see all my generations but what am I doing wrong.

I used instantprint.co.uk. - no connection to them but they did a good job and helped me out when I got in a mess. When I printed on A4 I did not attempt to move people except where a name was on a join. The advantage of course is you can update directly Also 'invest' in a reel of upmarket tape instead of the basic stuff. Scotch Magic tape is almost invisible and in addition you can lift it (carefully) without damaging the paper. There is a Sellotape equivalent.
