Hello, 

I am a student who was instructed to download GenoPro for a course. She advised that once we registered as a student, we would be given a key for 180 day free access. When I registered and used my key, I was told it would only be valid until May 19th (16 days). What have I done wrong and how can I get a 180-day key?
