I wish to delete or rename on of my own family genealogies on the https://familytrees.genopro.com/ site but cannot start the
control panel. every link I find that points to it goes to the support page, but there is nothing on that page for access to it.

Whenever I try to do a search nothing happens. What is wrong with the support services?
