Hi
I have been using GenoPro for three years (thank you!) This year I repeated what I usually do - provide the course outline and requested an academic key. However, on the 2nd of August, I got a 14 day registration key, which has now expired. Can I be issued with a 180 day registration key which I had applied for? 
My current registration key is (which has been shared with students but now is expired): 3-4DL7-95GZ-P425-TMP
