How can I effectively use GenoPro's reporting features to generate comprehensive family history documents, and what customization options are available for these reports?

Have you looked at the various reports available in the Tools menu?

When you start the program there is a basic family tree. It is up to you to fill in the details.
Select one person and open properties. On a PC just press enter will do this.
On the menu that opens enter any data that you have; name, birth etc.
To expand the tree select one of the parents and press key P
this will add two new characters for you to edit.
If you want a report then this is found on the Tools menu
