What needs to be done to get Google maps to work on the website?
I've tried Firefox, Brave and Edge browsers, but still no go.

The Google Maps API was removed from the Narrative Report some 3 years ago after Google changed its policy on usage and required both an API key to be obtained and a credit card registered to allow charging for heavy traffic to a site using the API.  The Narrative Report now uses OSM, OpenStreetMaps, instead.

The latest GenoPro Report Skin Templates, including the Narrative Report, can be downloaded from https://support.genopro.com/Topic40608.aspx

You will need to download and install these Templates and then republish your report.
