Hi
,
I
’
m
Skyler
and
new
to
the
forum
.
I
’
ve
been
using
GenoPro
for
about
a
month
and
ran
into
an
issue
I
can
’
t
solve
.
I
’
m
trying
to
export
my
family
tree
to
Excel
after
adding
a
few
custom
tags
like
"
MigrationYear
"
and
"
MedicalNote
."
The
XML
report
generates
fine
inside
GenoPro
,
but
when
I
run
the
Excel
export
with
the
Descendants
Report
template
,
it
throws
a
script
error
about
"
TagItem
"
not
being
found
(
line
184
,
char
2
).
I
already
tried
editing
Dictionary
.
xml
to
include
my
tags
,
but
it
still
fails
,
so
I
’
m
wondering
if
the
script
itself
has
to
be
changed
to
recognize
new
fields
or
if
I
’
m
missing
a
simpler
step
.
Has
anyone
dealt
with
this
before
?

Hi
Skyler
and
welcome
to
the
forum
.
I
'
m
not
sure
why
or
how
you
are
trying
to
use
the
Descendants
Report
to
export
your
data
to
Excel
,
it
certainly
wasn
'
t
designed
for
that
.
It
is
much
simpler
and
flexible
to
use
GenoPro
'
s
built
-
in
File
/
Export
/
Export
to
Text
Format
to
produce
tab
-
separated
csv
files
You
can
choose
what
objects
(
e
..
g
Individuals
,
Families
etc
.)
to
export
under
its
Summary
tab
.
You
can
choose
what
fields
to
export
under
the
object
'
s
tab
(
e
.
g
.
Individuals
)
and
this
includes
custom
tags
.
If
you
want
to
export
a
subset
of
your
data
I
suggest
you
select
the
objects
required
and
paste
into
a
new
.
gno
and
run
the
export
on
that
.
