Maybe some sort of identifier so we know who the contact information belongs to.

The contact record has to be re-done.  I am still thinking of a good design for this to integrate with the "occupancy" record.  The occpancy record is a combination of a "place" and a "contact" record.

Also, I want the contact information to be hierarchical, similar as having a place within a place.
