Already posted this q, but I think you kind of missed it:I have enabled the "living" privacy filter. Now I can not include living people, that agree to be included, in the report. How do I do it? Have tried unchecking "living" and checking "public", without result. Anna

You need to enable the privacy filter before generating the report. In the dialog "Generate Report", you need to check "Apply the following privacy profiles before generating the report" in the "Privacy" tab.

Done that from the start. Enabled all profiles under generator privacy tab. The problem is not that the "living" filter does not work - it does!Problem is I want SOME living people to be included. And, as I wrote in the first post on the subject, I saw that you have solved this problem in your own tree by allowing the people on one specific genomap to be visible, by exempting this genomap using a code snippet. I, too, want to include a few living people, but I've decided on doing so on a one by one basis, after having recieved a personal consent. Hence, the living people I wish to include are not conveniantly located on one single map. I believe that checking profile "public", and unchecking the topmost checkbox "apply...for living" on each choosen individuals personal tab, ought to inclute these people in the report, but it DOES NOT. Bug, or intended function, or user defect? Anna

Anna (9/15/2005) I believe that checking profile "public", and unchecking the topmost checkbox "apply...for living" on each choosen individuals personal tab, ought to inclute these people in the report, but it DOES NOT.It should work. I will check this next week. At the moment, I am adding new objects and the code does not compile, and therefore cannot debug it.
